1985
Hansa Group was founded, establishing a future of innovation and reliability, and began its journey
as the country distributor for Mitsubishi, FUSO, Yokohama, Massey Fergusson.
2002
Introduced the Full Maintenance Lease solution in Tanzania for passenger and commercial vehicles.
2005
Diversified into contract mining sector, Entered into the contract Drilling and Engine Supply and
Maintenance contract, HME maintenance by partnering with Rolls Royace power systems (MTU), Bucyrus
(TEREX- Redrill), and Donaldson and Parker.
2007
Secured prestigious MTU engine supply and maintenance contract for Tanzania’s largest gold mining
company (Anglo Gold Ashanti)
2008
Secured production and pre-split Drilling Contract at Barrick North Marra Gold Mine.
2013
Advanced into Power Sector providing Diesel, Renewable and Hybrid turnkey power solutions.
2017
Developed a 740 MW natural gas based combined cycle Power Plant project concept.
2022
Secured the contract for supply of Bulk Fired Heaters for Tanzania’s flagship project – The East
African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP)
2024
Established a state-of-the-art CNG vehicle conversion facility, shaping the future of clean energy.
