Rupin J. Rajani

Rupin holds an MBA and degrees in Science and Economics. Beyond business, he contributes to industry boards and engages in philanthropic and socio-political initiatives. He continues to inspire innovation and growth, driving Hansa Group’s mission to empower industries across Africa.
Franken Lubeleje
Franken Lubeleje is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in operations, warehouse management, and quality assurance. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dar es Salaam and is a registered member of the Engineers Registration Board (ERB). Joining Diamond Motors in 2000 as a Stores Officer Trainee, Franken rapidly advanced through the ranks, becoming Parts Manager in 2004, where he excelled in inventory management, budget monitoring, and streamlining operational processes. In 2018, he was appointed as Management Representative, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and driving continuous improvement across departments. Since 2022, Franken has served as the company’s Operations Manager, overseeing administrative functions and operational efficiency with a focus on excellence and innovation. His leadership continues to drive Diamond Motors’ success and commitment to quality service.
