Management Trainee – Mobility

Job Description

  • Achieve annual budget and KPI's set
  • Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models.
  • Must be aware of all the new vehicle inclusions and also complete knowledge about the models available in the inventory. Should be able to explain the customers with benefits sometimes compare two models and help them derive the best choice.
  • Develop customer relations with key customers, fleet owners, corporate, fleet owners, corporate, mining companies etc...
  • Ability to understand the client requirements and provide solutions based on their requirement and explain about the features of certain vehicles that suits customer needs.
  • Ability to create sales through giving quality information that matches the needs of the customers.
  • Closes sales by overcoming objections; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports about the sales, customers and report it to the manager.
  • Develop working relation with ministries, govt. departments, tender board etc.
  • Manage, develop, innovate various schemes to improve sales.
  • Committed in supplying products and services to exceed customer expectations.
  • Execute assignments with sense of urgency.
  • Take ownership of the assignment.
  • Liaise effectively with Sales, Service, Parts, Finance and other departments.

Skills & Abilities / Knowledge /Behavioral Abilities

  • Strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation & internet research skills.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook/E-Mails.

Selection Criteria

  • Should have strong academic background with 60% throughout education level.
  • Education from Tier 1/Tier 2 colleges.
